Our policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition
• Contact us first so we can arrange the return with the artisan
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or wasn't as described
• Refunds go to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected

Damaged in transit?

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — no need to ship anything back.

A note on handmade goods

Every piece is made by hand, so small variations in colour, texture, size, and pattern are natural and expected. These variations are part of what makes your piece one of a kind and aren't considered defects.
